WE HANDLE DATA LOUDLY. CAREFULLY.
Customer conversations are sensitive. We treat them that way. This page spells out exactly what we do with them.
01 · WHAT WE COLLECT
We collect the data you send us: customer calls, emails, chat transcripts, and the metadata your systems attach to them (timestamps, account IDs, rep IDs).
We also collect account info for the person using CrazyCorky: name, work email, company, and basic usage telemetry so we can improve the product.
We don't collect visitor data from the open web, browsing history, or anything outside of conversations you explicitly pipe into us.
02 · HOW WE USE IT
Your customer data is used to produce the signals you ask for — tags, scores, routed actions. Nothing else.
We do not train shared models on your data. If you opt into a private tuning tier, only your workspace benefits from it.
Aggregated, fully anonymized benchmarks (e.g. “average latency”) may be published. Your conversations, customers, and accounts are never identifiable.
03 · PII AND SENSITIVE DATA
PII is scrubbed before a conversation touches our reasoning layer. Names, phone numbers, credit cards, government IDs, health identifiers — detected and masked.
You can configure the scrubber. You can also request hard-deletion of specific conversations on demand, which propagates to backups within 30 days.
04 · WHO SEES IT
Your team. Our on-call engineers, only with your written request. Nobody else.
We don't sell data. We don't rent data. We don't share data with advertising networks, data brokers, or AI training consortia.
05 · WHERE IT LIVES
Data is stored in region — US, EU, or AP — depending on your workspace setting. We honor residency commitments for Enterprise customers.
Encryption: AES-256 at rest, TLS 1.3 in transit. Keys rotated quarterly.
06 · YOUR RIGHTS
GDPR, CCPA, UK GDPR apply in full. You can request access, correction, deletion, or export of any personal data we hold. We respond in under 14 days.

07 · COOKIES
We use strictly necessary cookies to keep you logged in. That's it. No advertising cookies, no third-party trackers, no “vendor partners.”
08 · CHANGES
If we change this policy in a way that reduces your rights, we'll notify you 30 days in advance. If we change it to add rights, we'll just do it.
